First we have to believe that for even more than a day let along 10 or more years later that his body is STILL there?
And that her telekinesis powers reanimated him as is did Jason and made him break through solid thick wood and pull Jason down into the Lake!
Then the fact that his body didn't get water logged or rot one bit while he was down there! Just some mud smears across his face!
Was this another dream sequence? If so then how was Jason actually stopped? Was he already under water under all those boards before the dream sequence started? If so how did he get there?
It's not really her Dad at all. It's just Tina's telekinetic powers doing all the work. There really isn't anyone there. They way they show it in the ending is as if you are looking through Tina's eyes. This would be her way of making peace with her dad and getting rid of Jason at the same time. Just like she did earlier in the movie she was controlling objects with her mind, but this time she was hallucinating that her dad was the one doing it. It's a long shot, but a possibility.
